This is the last will and testament of Stoffer Jan ____. In the name of everything that is still possible. Amen. Be it known that I Stoffer Jan ____, being sound of judgement and disposing mind and fully persuaded of the certainty of my death though uncertain as to its time, do hereby -- to prevent all differences and disputes following my decease -- appoint and order my temporal affairs as follows VIZ:

I Stoffer Jan ____, declaring myself unmarried and possessing no blood descendents to act as my legal heirs, do hereby designate from two to ninety-nine interested persons to be the sole beneficiaries of my will providing said persons comply (and continue to comply) with the following conditions: that said persons legally adopt the name 'Stoffer Jan', and use this name at least once a year. that said persons draw up a new will containing the following clause: If I die without having a child named 'Stoffer Jan'
